The hotel rooms were infested with cockroaches, which was quite unsettling. However, compared to other hotels I've stayed in, the rooms are well furnished, but the kitchen facilities were lacking. The service was friendly, although the room was small; unfortunately, the receptionist was not as welcoming. The location was good, near the metro, but the strong echo between rooms due to marble flooring was a downside. The dining experience was not up to par, with limited options and a preference for Indian dishes over continental cuisine. The hotel facilities were satisfactory, with no standout features.

The hotel is situated in a convenient location, close to the metro station and Burjuman Mall, making it ideal for families. The rooms were clean and of a good size for the cost, offering value for money. The service was welcoming, especially from Miss Joice who provided helpful guidance. However, the dining experience was below expectations with limited variety. Overall, a good choice for a budget-friendly stay with minor drawbacks.
